Former director of Terengganu Tourism Department Ab Rasid Jusoh has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Terengganu Football Club (TFC) Sdn Bhd effective Oct 15.
TFC announced the appointment on its official Facebook page today.
“TFC will now operate as a professional football club managed by a company with a corporate structure.
“Achieving success in tournaments is definitely a priority for all football teams, but TFC now needs to begin building a solid management structure in all aspects as it is key to the success of any team,” TFC said in a statement.
Ab Rasid was team manager of T-Team from 2007 to 2009 before being reappointed to the post for the 2013-2015 period. — BERNAMA
