To ensure a safe dining experience, The Resort Cafe (TRC) at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa has introduced the buffet-to-you service for ‘United by Food’ on weekdays and the ‘Tiki-licious Sunday Brunch’ at week’s end.
Conceived under the “Sunway Safe Stay” programme, it allows diners to order from a menu or view stations, place an order with attendants and wait for the food to be served at their table.
“At the end of the meal, cashless payments are accepted for a complete contactless dining experience,” hotel senior general manager, Alex Castaldi, said at the launch of the international buffet spread.
The luau set-up will feature six live action stations — Doodle for Noodles, Asian Food Trail, Treasures of The Rising Sun, Colours of Life, World of Skewers and Freeze the Moment – and à la minute cooking.
On Sunday, diners will enjoy more food offerings like skewered meat and fresh seafood on ice.
He said guests will be expected to scan a QR code with the SELangkah app upon entry, while tables and chairs will be arranged according to the government’s SOP on social distancing.
The ‘United by Food’ buffet, from noon to 2.30pm, is priced at RM58 nett with 50 per cent off for the first 25 diners, while the ‘Tiki-licious Sunday Brunch’, from 11am to 3pm, is priced at RM88 nett per adult and RM48 nett per child (aged 6-12).
