Malaysia hit a new record high of daily Covid-19 infections with 11,618 cases today.
The country recorded 11,079 cases yesterday, the first time that the number of daily cases ever breached the 10,000 mark.
The Klang Valley accounted for over 50 per cent of the new cases, with Selangor alone contributing 5,051 cases, followed by Kuala Lumpur (1,749 cases) and Putrajaya (40) cases).
