Top Glove Corporation Bhd on Wednesday, 15 January 2025, held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually, which was broadcast from its corporate headquarters Top Glove Tower in Setia Alam.
The AGM proceeded smoothly, with all resolutions proposed duly approved by its shareholders.
The meeting was chaired by Top Glove’s Founder and Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Dr. Lim Wee Chai, and saw strong participation from shareholders, reflecting their continued trust and confidence in the company’s leadership and strong fundamentals.
The AGM proceedings focused on regular business matters and the resolutions carried included the reappointment of directors, approval of the company’s audited financial statements, and declaration of a 1 for 20 bonus issue of warrants.
